As a Corporate Team building Activity, the ‘Barcelona Treasure Hunt’ that we offer is a fun, excellent and exciting way to discover the landmarks of Barcelona whilst working and collaborating as a team. Every one of our treasure hunts is tailor made to suit the client's requirements, although they are always based on the same concept. The time of the event will vary depending on the client specification, but the typical time scale is between 2 and 3.5 hours. We can also  combine a lunch stop if needed.

Each group will be divided into teams (either by ourselves, if necessary, but usually by the company) and then given a briefing of the activity. An information pack containing: A map, a pen, a digital camera, a list of questions to be answered or tasks to be completed and some money which will be needed to make various purchases. The route is usually centered around La Rambla area, although this depends on the client. Participants get a real chance to see this great part of the city, whilst interacting with the local people and finding creative ways to overcome the language barrier.

The types of tasks that have to be completed include:

• Answering some general knowledge and cryptic questions.
• Taking photos of buildings, events and the team performing various tasks during the event.
• Buying objects from the famous Boqueria market.
• Scavenging - bringing back requested items.

This event can be organised for as little as 65 euros per person and includes everything needed in order to participate, This includes the Treasure Hunt Pack, BEO guides to help and to ensure the safety of the teams, a light snack and prizes for the winners. If the group wants a more substantial lunch break, then something like a tapas stop or meal can be arranged and the price can be adjusted accordingly.

Each company will be sent a CD containing all the best photos taken by the competitors en route or we can offer the option of posting the photos onto Flickr for easy access.
