BY A COMPLETE, WONDERFUL MEAL!

Join BEO’s unique cooking classes in Barcelona and discover the secretsof our traditional cuisine. You will learn how to cook the authentic typical dishes of Spain (Paella, Gazpacho, Tapas etc).
You can start with a walking tour around the famous Boqueria market, getting plenty of tips on picking local, seasonal products, continue with the cooking experience and finish the adventure enjoying the menu prepared in a friendly and casual atmosphere.
For the second part of the activity, the teams are transferred to a private venue on Las Ramblas where they have to prepare a three course meal,including a paella, or other chosen dish, within a set time limit and with the given ingredients. The instructions on how to make the paella can be given in English or, the more challenging option, in Spanish (with a dictionary foreach team to help with translation!).
Once completed, the dishes are judged and marked by an expert, based on thefollowing criteria: Organisation, Presentation and, of course, Taste. There will be prizes for the winning team.
Once the whole activity has finished the food is eaten by the clients in amore informal atmosphere, where the groups can mix and socialise over a glass of wine.
To finish, the event's manager will give some general feedback on the day and present the prizes.
