Cafe Mambo Team Building Barcelona
Percussion is the perfect instrument to develop musical sensations in an easy way. Listening, playing, feeling the freedom of the music, synchronizing the different beats…leads you to release tensions and to open your mind through the real sound of African percussion.
Sharing musical abilities with others in a relaxed mood is pure magic. Fun, entertainment and training all together while you’re following the beat of Djembé. We offer you an activity which has existed for several thousands of years and is now adapted for the 21st century. We invite you to feel the relaxation and inhibition of letting go……..a great way to reinforce communication within groups.
This activity is searching to develop concentration and a sense of rhythm. To achieve this objective, participants will learn to play the most known traditional instrument in Africa: the Djembé. The first stage it is focus on training, objectives, challenges where participants will acknowledge how to get to a new goal/ target/finish line.
In the second stage, they will work out communication among themselves, giving them a scenario of total freedom to express themselves.
Other basic concepts will be approached such as personal commitment, team work and intelligent communication.
The workshop is now reaching a point where everyone is beginning to co-ordinate and participants are already merging rhythms among themselves. The entire group become a single voice... we are now close to our main objective.
By putting everything together, such as creativity, improvisation, group communication and the development of the rhythm, the group creates the necessary interaction to achieve the final aim: create, build, progress together towards success. This achieves the final goal of a united group, but most important of all, efficiency, with a high level of self esteem and motivation.
